    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping cost for deliveries in Slovenia is: 4 EUR tax included. Free shipping for orders over 40 EUR.

    Shipping cost for deliveries in Croatia is: 12,00 EUR tax included. Free shipping for orders over 80 EUR.

    Shipping cost for deliveries in Bulgaria, Poland, Denmark, Romania, France, Italy, Lithuania: 16,00 EUR tax included.

    Shipping cost for deliveries in Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany: 12,00 EUR tax included.

    Shipping cost for deliveries in Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Sweden: 21,00 EUR tax included.

     

    DELIVERY TIME

    All orders received until 14.00, except for Sundays, Saturdays and Holidays will be shipped out the same day. In most cases we use Slovenian Post for orders from Slovenia and for orders abroad we usually use City Express d.o.o.. For orders within Slovenia region it's normal to get the shipment next day already, but no longer as in three days. If you are not at home when delivery is made, you can pick it up at the nearest post office. We can also use other delivery services, but you have to notify us about that !

    STORE PICK UP

    You can also pick up your order in our store in Ljubljana, but no later than in 5 days after receiving a notification e-mail that your order is ready for pick up (or you can inform us when will you pick up the goods by phone or e-mail). When placing orders for Store Pick up, you have to choose "Store Pick Up" in delivery options at the checkout proceedure. You can pick up the goods from Monday to Friday 9.00 - 20.00 and Saturday 09.00 - 14.00 at the address, DELKO d.o.o., Smartinska street 152, BTC - Ljubljana. Please check the map in "About Us" or "Contact Us" page for more details. This way you can also take advantage and ask our sales professionals anything you want to know about our articles.

    HELP WITH SHIPPING RECLAMATIONS

    For deliveries in Slovenia you can call the nearest post office http://www.posta.si and make your inquiry. You can of course always contact us.

    DAMAGED PARCELS

    If you think that the parcel was damaged during delivery, you have to check the received goods immediately after getting the package ( if possible while delivery person is still present. All later reclamations are usually not taken in consideration by currier service. Write down all anomalies regarding the delivery of package or the package itself. The delivery person have to sign your reclamations. Be specially careful with parcels labeled as GLASS, DO NOT BRAKE and similar. All "coin" or "glass" noises from the box could mean that the inside of the parcel is in some way damaged. Best way of documenting the broken parcel is to take pictures while opening the parcel.

    GOODS RETUN

    In compliancy with the law of Consumer Protection Act in Slovenia, you can return the ordered goods without any reason. If you want to return the goods you ordered, please notify us within 15 days ( send an email to: info@delko.si ), after doing so, you have 30 days to return the goods. Returned goods must not be damaged in any way and must be returned in same quantity as ordered and in original package. You can not return the following items; software, CD's, DVD's or if you have removed the security label on the device if such. The return delivery fees are on behalf of the customer. For the returned goods you can get you money back. We will refund your money in 15 days after getting the goods back on customers personal bank account or on company account if a client would be a company.
